Vegan Imperial Roast
I "picked up" the recipe in a store from the shelf :), tried it and here it is ...
Preparation steps
- Grind flax seeds in a coffee grinder. Pour water into a bowl in which we will mix all the ingredients. Add flax and mix. Add flour, a teaspoon of baking powder, soy milk. (I used plain milk this time, so it wasn't vegan for me :) Mix into a nasty mixture.
- Heat the pan in which we will bake and spread with coconut butter. The pan should not be too hot, reduce to medium temperature. Pour half of the mixture and bake until the bottom is nicely browned. (The recipe says that as soon as you pour half of the mixture sprinkle with raisins, I did not, I put them later, and I have cranberries.) When baked carefully turn and bake the other side. In a pan with a wooden spoon cut into smaller pieces. Bake the other half as well.
- Shake on a plate, sprinkle with cranberries / raisins and sweeten to taste. Good run champions!
