Vegan “greaves”
Vegan "greaves" for breakfast.
Preparation steps
- Put pieces of soy in water with vegetable stock and cook for 15 to 20 minutes.
- When it is cooked, strain it and put it in a roll for about half an hour to dry and get the color.
- Then we put olive oil, soybean pieces on the pan and season.
- Fry on low heat for 5 to 10 minutes.
Serving
Serve with ajvar, onion and pickles.
