Vegan “greaves”

Vegan "greaves" for breakfast.

Preparation steps

  • Put pieces of soy in water with vegetable stock and cook for 15 to 20 minutes.
  • When it is cooked, strain it and put it in a roll for about half an hour to dry and get the color.
  • Then we put olive oil, soybean pieces on the pan and season.
  • Fry on low heat for 5 to 10 minutes.

Serving

Serve with ajvar, onion and pickles.
