Veal with peas
If you indulge in seasonal foods in the kitchen, this veal will be special in the spring, with young peas.
Preparation steps
- Cut the veal into cubes and fry in heated oil.
- Add chopped onions, diced carrots and beef cubes. Drizzle with water and simmer over low heat until the meat is tender.
- Addwine,peas, corn starch stirred in a little water and boil briefly. Finally, stir in the chopped parsley.
Serving
Serve mashed potatoes with warm veal with peas.
Advice
To prepare this dish, use veal shoulder or breast meat, and if you use ham meat, shorten the cooking time.
