Veal with bulgur, mushrooms and vegetables

Preparation steps

  • Saute onion in a saucepan and add meat with sage and salt. Sprinkle a little flour (about two pinches now depends on what density you want, add mushrooms and a little water and bake it finely so that it is not watery just as juicy :) salt as needed. Bulgur: In 650 ml of water put 2 beef cubes and 2 large spoons of sweet pepper powder, when the water starts to boil, shake the bulgur, stir and let it cook for 10-15 minutes. Bake the vegetables on the grill pan until they get a nice color :) Serve all together :)

Serve with yogurt.
