Veal steak rolls in sauce

Preparation steps
- Beat the veal steaks with a meat mallet.
- Finely chop the bacon, peeled garlic and parsley and mix together.
- Coat each steak with a teaspoon of the prepared mixture.
- Roll up the steak and fasten with toothpicks.
- Repeat the process with the remaining steaks and stuffing.
- Roll the rolls prepared in this way in flour, then fry in oil on all sides.
- Drizzle with a little water, add the beef stock and simmer over low heat.
- Drizzle with water while simmering.
- At the end of the stew, stir in the peeled tomatoes, sugar and capers and continue to simmer until the meat softens.
- Add salt if necessary.
- Remove the toothpicks from the rolls.
