Veal curry
The recipe for this dish is from "Food and Wine" .... and even I was suspicious of what this taste would be like ???? Meat, ie veal in our house always passes but with these additives hard-sugar, vinegar , curry, ginger, cinnamon ... And so mine didn't know what I was making, so they were looking for a plate more ... ha, ha !!! So it was good, isn't it ???
Preparation steps
- Cut the veal into bite-sized cubes and add the red pepper, curry, sugar and apple cider vinegar. Stir to absorb the spices and let it stand for about 20 minutes.
- Chop the onion and fry it in oil. When it is a little fried, add the crushed garlic, salt and pepper. When the onion is fried, add the meat and fry it briefly.
- Then add ginger, thyme, cinnamon and tomato. Add about 3-4 dcl of water, cover and simmer until the meat softens.
- After that we pour in the milk, cover again and simmer until most of the liquid evaporates. I finally added more salt, and a lot of ... but anyone can season as desired.
- Serve with rice, mashed potatoes or croquettes.
