Rosa Cooking

Vanilla-Zimt Roscici

Mmmmmm ..... great smell and taste .... see for yourself!

Preparation steps

  • Put all the ingredients in a deeper bowl and knead to combine everything nicely, get a fine, smooth dough that you will shape into a ball, wrap in cling film and leave for 30 minutes in the cold.
  • Turn on the oven to preheat to 180 ° C Prepare 2 baking trays lined with baking paper. From the dough, take smaller pieces, the size of a smaller walnut, and make dewdrops, place them on a baking tray (space between).
  • Bake the dewdrops for 12 minutes and let them cool a bit on the baking tray, then roll them in powdered sugar while they are still lukewarm. Store in a tightly closed container until use.
