Uzljevak
It tastes like burek with potatoes, but it is from the "smut pa prospi" variant :-)
Preparation steps
- Chop the potatoes and onions (I usually put everything in a blender and chop). Add milk (yogurt), stir and then add salt, vegeta, flour and baking powder and pepper.
- During this time, turn on the oven and put an oiled pan in which you will bake the toast. The pan should be well heated before you pour the mass into it.
- The topping always stays a little paler on top, so I always turn it upside down like a burek as soon as I bake it.
Serving
It goes well with yogurt or tomato salad with onions.
