Unusual pizza
Nothing can replace a delicious pizza for children, and if you put it on with healthy ingredients, you get an unusual pizza tailored to the Mediterranean diet.
Preparation steps
- Stir cornmeal and butter into salted boiling water and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Arrange the hot polenta on a round and oiled baking tray with a diameter of 35 cm and coat with the prepared pesto.
- Prepare the pesto from basil, pine nuts and garlic chopped in an electric chopper, add parmesan and finally mix in the olive oil. Mix everything well into a uniform mixture.
- Arrange sliced champignons, tomatoes and zucchini on the pesto.
- Sprinkle with grated mozzarella and bake in an oven preheated to 200-220 ° C for 15-20 minutes.

Serve immediately after removing from the oven.

If you have prepared a larger amount of pesto, it can stand in a cool place topped with oil for 10 days.
