Unleavened bun

Dissatisfied with the quality of bread on sale, and because of the elimination of yeast from use, I mixed my favorite combination :) Here, however, used baking soda or baking powder because sometimes I do not have time to make a starter for real unleavened bread :) It is made quickly, combines flour by desire, and I always know what I'm eating :)

Preparation steps

  • Put all the dry ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix them well, then slowly add lukewarm water and stir all the time to get a liquid mixture.
  • Grease a bread pan, or a deeper pan, with oil and place for 10 minutes in an oven turned on at 250 degrees to heat.
  • Remove the pan from the oven, pour in the mixture, flatten and return to the preheated oven and bake at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes at the same temperature. Then reduce the temperature to 150 degrees and bake for another 10 minutes.
  • Turn the baked bun or bread upside down and leave to cool. Chilled will be easy to pull out and no need to pull to fall out.
  • You make flour combinations according to your wishes and needs, and I found similar bread here :)
  • I made it with mineral carbonated water and it is nicely loose and soft :) The taste is special :) For me, it is in the shape of a bun because it is much easier to bake so that the middle is good and does not stay gooey.
