UN (vege) pizza

The recipe is intended primarily for those who are on the UN diet. This recipe is prepared on a carb day when you are allowed to eat dough. It is also good for vegetarians because it consists only of vegetables. For me personally, it is a very tasty pizza, although it does not have the main thing that makes every pizza real (ham, cheese).

Preparation steps

  • Dough Mix the flour with the dissolved dry yeast in the water and add salt. If necessary, add more water and knead the dough. Leave to rise in the heat for 30 min.
  • Finely chop the tomato filling and mix with the oregano. Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice. Wash and chop the mushrooms. Slice the mini tomatoes. Take out the stone from the olives and chop them. Wash and chop the peppers. Mix all the vegetables.
  • Roll out the dough on a baking sheet greased with oil. Prick the stretched dough with a fork. Coat it with tomato peelings and place the vegetables. The pizza is baked for about 30 minutes. i.e. until the water released by the vegetables evaporates.
