Tyrolean steaks
For a while in my youth I worked in Tyrol and I loved their cuisine .... I tried everything nice there ... Last year I found this recipe in a magazine and decided to return to Tyrol..at least for a while .... Nothing hasn't changed, Tyrol is still beautiful, and their cuisine is as great as these steaks ...
Preparation steps
- Chop the onion and bacon. Cut the pork into thin slices, thin them and beat on both sides. Season with salt and pepper. Separately fry the onion and bacon to become glassy. Grate the potatoes into thin slices. Fry the steak on both sides to brown nicely.
- Grease the refractory dish. Arrange the baked steaks on the bottom, then cover with onions and bacon. Place the potatoes on top. Let both the potatoes and the meat be in one layer only.
- Beat eggs with 3 tablespoons of water, mix in marjoram, salt and pepper. Pour over the dish and bake in the oven until the potatoes are crispy.
- Sprinkle with chopped chives and serve with lettuce.
