Preparation steps

  • From grated cheese separate 1/3 for sprinkling. Mix all the dry ingredients - add water and mix well with a spoon to get a soft dough. Leave to stand and rise for 15-20 minutes. Grease the muffin tins with margarine or butter and additionally place one small cube of each on each tins. From the dough that has risen with a damp spoon, take it and fill the molds 2/3 with the dough, sprinkle with a separate 1/3 of the grated cheese. Iodine is allowed to rest once for about 10-15 min. (while the oven heats up), bake at 180 degrees until they get a yellow color.

Serving

It does not have to be baked in muffin tins, it can be stored in ordinary forms and after baking when it cools down to cut. 1 cup - 235 ml. (American cup) The important thing is that you take a few glasses to measure, you measure everything with the same glass (both water and flour). This amount of dough corresponds to 12 muffin tins.
