Turkish sütlaç
Once you try it, you will never make an ordinary sutlijaš again.
Preparation steps
- 1. Wash the rice nicely and put it to cook. Stir to avoid burning. 2. When the rice is ready, add a little milk and mix. 3. Pour pudding, vanilla and crystal sugar into a bowl, add just enough milk to break up lumps. Lightly pour into the sherpa with the rice and mix until it gets thick. 4. Serve in bowls, sprinkle with raisins, coconut and cinnamon.
Serving
Serve cold.
