Turkish pasta
the recipe is from Instagram ..... why turkey .... I don't know ..... maybe because of the yogurt topping .....
Preparation steps
- for the topping, chop the garlic finely and sauté it briefly in olive oil (until it starts to smell), add it to the yoghurt as well as the parsley, add salt and pepper and leave it in the fridge to cool
- while the pasta is cooking, fry the finely chopped onion in a little oil, add the minced meat and fry until the meat gets colored, season with allspice and stir in the grated zucchini, fry for another 2-3 minutes .... season it all .. ..and finally add cooked pasta ..... stir ....
