Turkish omelette

Eggs, parsley and feta cheese, a little milk and flour and breakfast in the blink of an eye. Pleasant!

Preparation steps

  • Beat eggs and flour, add milk, chopped parsley, chopped feta cheese, pepper and allspice and even out the mass. Remove the prepared mixture with a spoon and fry on both sides in heated olive oil.

Serving

Serve with a dip of roasted beets, to which a little sour cream has been added, and arugula.
