Turkey Pesto Genovese
Another recipe with turkey that I adore and is prepared in a few minutes
Preparation steps
- Dice the turkey and place in a Wok pan to fry
- when the turkey turns brown on both sides, cover it with 2 dcl of chicken stock (if you don't have it, cover it with a little water and put a small cube of butter)
- let it simmer for a few minutes until the liquid is halved, then add 3-4 tablespoons of pesto, stir and then add the cooking cream and let the mixture even out and thicken a little if necessary, add salt
- cook the rice and fry in a little butter and add the vegeta
