Preparation steps
- Put the turkey steak on a teflon pan, pour over a tablespoon of olive oil, a little soy sauce, pepper, add a little curry and ground pepper. When they are baked, squeeze half a lemon on the steak, add 2 tablespoons of pine nuts that we have previously roasted and mix everything in a blender or mixing stick. Add a tablespoon of mayonnaise, a teaspoon of horseradish, a little olive oil and lemon juice as desired. If it is too thick, a little turkey stock can be added. Good apetite!
