Turkey meatballs
They are delicious, try them!
Preparation steps
- Boil oatmeal in salted water, cool
- Make a mixture for meatballs, eggs, flakes, grated cheese, parsley, garlic, bread crumbs. Salt, pepper. Leave the mixture in the cold for at least 1 hour.
- With wet hands, shape the heels, roll each into bread crumbs
- Check the oil temperature with the cooker. The oil is warm when bubbles form around the cooker.
- Fry the meatballs in deep oil for about 10 minutes, place them on a paper towel to drain off excess oil
Serving
Lettuce, vegetables and these fine meatballs ... a treat!
