Turkey breast in a wok with yogurt sauce

This dish is best fried in a wok, it is not a classic breading because it is fried in egg white with flour, less caloric though :) It is important to put turkey noodles in hot oil… and drain on paper to soak up the fat :) I don't know what country it comes from but we sounds chinese or thai .. maybe someone will know better than me :)

Preparation steps

  • First make the sauce: Put the yoghurt in a fireproof bowl, add the crushed garlic, chopped young mad, salt, pepper and add the tobacco… I always add a little more :) Put the sauce in the fridge! Sauce picture:
  • Meanwhile, add the egg whites to the bowl, whisk them lightly and add the flour, ground pepper, powdered sugar, a pinch of salt and mix everything.
  • Before that we cut the turkey into strips, I spread them a little with vegeta. We roll these turkey in the breading mixture.
  • Put the oil in the wok, wait for it to warm up and fry the turkey strips. There must be enough oil, but not too much. When they are done take them out on absorbent paper, serve and serve with yogurt sauce!
