My father-in-law came to visit… and he likes old Macedonian dishes. And this is not that it is old, but in the past, even now, it was baked under the "top", but since we don't have such tools :))) we bake in the oven .. it's not the same, ali :)))))

Preparation steps

  • Make a porridge of wheat flour, a little salt and water, to make it thinner than for pancakes
  • Do the same with cornflour
  • Take a not very large pan, grease it with oil and pour a ladle or two of corn porridge
  • Place the pan in an oven preheated to 250 C and bake it
  • Take out, grease, then pour a ladle or two of wheat porridge
  • Put some cheese on top and fry
  • Do this alternately, until the "porridge" is used up
  • When it's done, take it out, cut it into squares and return it to bake ...

Serving

turi, potpechi, turi, potpechi… let's move on… it's almost the same as ohrid gjomleze…
