Tunisian salad
A wonderful, aromatic salad for which I got a recipe from a friend who was vacationing in Tunisia…
Preparation steps
- Peel the eggs and chop finely, then mix them with the rest of the ingredients (which are also finely chopped)
- Make the dressing by heating the olive oil and adding the garlic and sesame seeds, fry it all and finally add the lemon juice, vinegar and parsley.
- Pour over salad
- If you want, canned tuna can be replaced with fresh tuna, grilled
- It is served with fresh bread and tortillas or Arabic bread (similar to buns) can be filled with this salad.
