Tuna quiche
Another Swiss recipe from my weekly newspaper, from the section "affordable and delicious" ... for about 50 kn you have lunch or dinner for a family of 4. ... so here… for all tuna lovers :-)
Preparation steps
- Roll out the dough to a diameter of approximately 35 cm. Lay in a greased pan and shape the edges. They need to be a little taller. Prick the dough with a fork and put it in the cold while the filling is ready.
- Shake the tuna to drain off the excess oil. In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients for the filling. Finally add more tuna and grate one potato into the stuffing. Mix well and sleep over the dough. Arrange the stuffing evenly and bake at 200 degrees for about 40 minutes in the oven.
- Good apetite!

Very hearty and quickly prepared lunch or dinner. You just need another big mixed salad and good wine :-)) If I don't have it, I'll almost make the dough according to the recipe from monchislav
