Tuna frittata
.... light, simple dish… great for the coming warm days ..
Preparation steps
- Drain the tuna from the oil, save a little oil.
- Chop the garlic, add 2 tablespoons of oil to a large pan and fry the garlic briefly. Shake the tuna, add the chopped parsley, and stir.
- Beat the eggs well with the cream or milk and add to the tuna, mix lightly and release until the eggs are squeezed (cooked). A little grated cheese can also be added. Serve on plates and sprinkle with a little more parsley. Serve warm with your favorite salad and enjoy.
