Tuna dumplings
Tuna marinated in aromatic herbs and roasted with grilled vegetables.
Preparation steps
- First make a marinade by mixing all the ingredients into a uniform mass. Set aside until use. Cut the tuna into cubes, put it in a mixing bowl and pour over the marinade, stir and let it stand for 15-30 minutes.
- Meanwhile, wash and cut the vegetables into tuna-sized cubes. Sticks for buttocks if they are wooden dips in water so as not to burn on the grill. Arrange pieces of tuna and vegetables alternately on soaked sticks. Save the marinade for coating.
- Heat the grill and bake the skewers for 4 minutes on each side, occasionally coating with the marinade. Transfer the roast to a serving plate and serve with cooked rice and your favorite salad.
