Preparation steps

  • Put water and oil on the fire to boil, then remove from the heat and add the flour mixed with the baking powder.
  • Mix well until a compact mixture is obtained, so that no lumps of flour remain.
  • While the mixture is cooling, prepare a sherbet of 1 kg of sugar and 750 g of water.
  • When the mixture is completely cooled, add the eggs one by one, mixing with a mixer, so that the mixture is even.
  • Now pour the oil into the deeper one (depending on the size of the dish) and let it heat up well.
  • .Fill the party mold with the dough and fry the party in hot oil.
  • Fried toasts while still hot are topped with chilled sherbet.

Serving

I always make a smaller dose of sherbet and about 750 gr. sugar and about 1/2 l of water, so that all can be used. I wrote above as it says in the recipe.
