I love tufahis but I don’t always have time to make them. I use this recipe to make a slightly different version. Simple and fast and above all delicious! Hit. Sweet apples, cinnamon and vanilla flavor combined with crunchy crumbs and of course whipped cream on all that :)

No way to dare and set my first recipe. Aliiii, when my younger daughter said to me- "Why don't you ever make tufahis? I have to wait for my grandmother (read, my mother-in-law) to make and bring them ..... Is there a small reason for making and then publishing my debut?" !!!!

The recipe was created at the request of my husband, who adores tufahija and constantly told me to make them in an easier way. I make them this way for years and everyone who tried them was delighted :-)
