Truffles with chestnut and rum

Fine and simple dessert suitable for a larger group of people (due to satiety and quantity). It goes great with a glass of white wine or coffee.

Preparation steps

  • Mix chestnut puree in a cube, honey and rum in the form of puree.
  • Melt the cooking chocolate in the sweet cream over a low heat and add the mixture with the chestnut puree. Mix by hand until you get a lump-free mixture.
  • The mixture should be cooled to the extent that it can be formed into balls.

Serving

Distort the balls a little, roll in cocoa powder and keep in the fridge before serving. They go well with white wine.
