Tropic cheesecake cubes
Mango is a type of tropical fruit that you can use not only decoratively, but also in the preparation of desserts. Bring the tropes to your plate!
Preparation steps
- Add ginger powder to the base mixture, moisten with milk and mix well.
- Add the melted butter, stir and distribute evenly in a 23x23 cm cake tin. Press the mixture well to get a base, then cool in the fridge for at least 20 minutes.
- Mash one mango with a stick mixer.
- Pour the cream powder into the cold fruit juice and mix with an electric mixer for 3 minutes to get the cream. Add the cream cheese and mango puree and continue to stir.
- Apply the obtained cream on the prepared base and level it. Keep refrigerated for at least 2 hours before serving.
Serving
Peel another mango and cut it into cubes. Cut the cheesecake into cubes, sprinkle with mango cubes and serve.
Advice
You can also prepare this dessert with other types of tropical fruits such as passion fruit or pineapple.
