Trigon cakes
Looking for a godfather… :-) they are cakes, in my notebook with recipes marked as puffy… but I don't really like that, it's not original… come on kumeeee :))))
Preparation steps
- Knead the dough from sourdough, flour, eggs, salt and water. Let it be soft…
- Roll out the crust with a rolling pin (as thin as possible) and coat it with 1/3 of the margarine, fold it and let it rest for 15 minutes. Repeat this two more times…
- Now stretch the crust and cut it into squares (10 cm.) And coat a little with ketchup, then fill
- For the filling, sauté the leeks in oil, add the minced meat, season…
- Now fold and make a “slender”:
- Coat each cake with egg and bake at 180 C.
