Tricolor cream cake
For all lovers of creamy and light cakes ... I experimented a bit with the recipe for this cake and it is so good that if you try it, you will soon want to make it again for your family or guests.
Preparation steps
- Whisk the milk, oil, sugar and cocoa with a mixer and divide into two parts. Add eggs, flour, pastries and vanilla sugar in one portion. Whisk everything well with a mixer and pour into an oiled baking sheet (or lined with baking paper) and bake for about 25 minutes. at 180 sts (try with a toothpick). The tray should be smoke. about 20x30cm.
- Baked cake, take out of the oven and immediately pour the other half of the mixture.
- For the milk cream, take a little milk and mix the pudding and semolina into it, then cook in the rest of the milk to which you have added sugar and vanilla extract. When it gets the required density, remove from the heat and cool. Add the margarine and whisk well with a mixer. Apply the cream on the crust. Apply whipped cream over the cream and you can coarsely grate the chocolate over the whipped cream.
