Preparation steps

Let's unite lightly. Add sifted flour and knead the dough. It should not be hard involved, but still not stick to your hands. Divide the dough into 2 parts and form circular shapes. From each circle we get 8 pieces, triangles heat the oil over a moderate heat, never hot. put triangles to fry on both sides until golden brown. Arrange them on paper napkins, and then serve with a glass of yogurt. If you don't like arugula, you can add spring onions, parsley, spinach .....
