Tortillas with yogurt and baking soda

I experimented to make tortillas this way and I am very satisfied ...

Preparation steps

  • Put yogurt, oil, salt and flour with baking soda in a mixing bowl. Knead a smooth dough, neither hard nor soft. From the obtained dough, make balls and stretch them with a rolling pin as thin as possible (2-3 mm) and the diameter of the pan on which you will bake them.
  • Grease the pan only once with a little oil (and you don't have to if it's made of Teflon) and put the stretched dough out. Bake it on low heat for a minute on one side and a minute on the other. Do the same with the other dough balls.
  • The tortillas are thin and yet hollow inside, so you can fill them with the filling of your choice, or in the classic way.
