Tortellini with fennel
Exotics on a plate ... at least for me :) In this recipe there are a handful of new flavors that do not allow you to stop eating :) Really delicious dish, with an adventurous spirit!
Preparation steps
- Fry the garlic in olive oil in a pan. Add finely chopped fennel (diced, with leaves) and simmer on low heat for 15-20 minutes until the fennel softens. Add water as needed.
- Add cooking cream and yogurt. Season with pepper, salt, bay leaf and chilly pepper.
- Cook briefly, then add the parmesan and tortellini prepared according to the instructions on the package.
