Tonic of parsley, fennel seeds and lemon
Parsley and fennel seeds are used as spices in the Mediterranean diet. Fennel seeds have a special taste and are rich in potassium, magnesium, calcium and vitamins B and C. On the therapeutic side, it is used to relieve stomach cramps, it is a strong oxidant that destroys free radicals. Some research has shown that it also helps with weight loss. Parsley is not only a spice but also a very medicinal plant that stimulates the excretion of fluids from the body, the excretion of salt and has the effect of lowering blood pressure and can also help in the fight against obesity. We all know how useful lemon is, full of nutrients, it helps the work of the liver, intestines, stomach ... it contains Quercetin which helps against inflammation in the body. This healthy drink not only refreshes but also improves our health. It can be drunk at room temperature or cold.
Preparation steps
- Put parsley and fennel seeds in a large bowl. Add a sliced lemon, lemon juice and hot water to the roll. Wash well and rub the rind of the lemon with baking soda if it is not organically grown. Stir and let stand for 10 minutes. Strain, add honey and lemon zest. Cheers !!
