Tonic of parsley, fennel seeds and lemon

This healthy drink not only refreshes but also improves our health. It can be drunk at room temperature or cold.

Preparation steps

  • Put parsley and fennel seeds in a large bowl. Add a sliced ​​lemon, lemon juice and hot water to the roll. Wash well and rub the rind of the lemon with baking soda if it is not organically grown. Stir and let stand for 10 minutes. Strain, add honey and lemon zest. Cheers !!
