Toblerone
Milk..beautiful, chocolate..melt in your mouth
Preparation steps
- I first bake sesame seeds in a dry pan, leave it to cool, at the same time bake the hazelnuts in the oven, peel them and blend them coarsely, just to break them, to leave the pieces. On a hot plate, over a low heat, in a large skillet, melt 3 whole eggs, with sugar, honey, chocolate and margarine (cut into cubes). Stir all the time over a low heat, so that it does not burn and everything melts and the ingredients are combined. When everything has melted, remove from the heat and add the hazelnuts or walnuts (or both), sesame seeds and ground biscuits. Coat the toblerone mold with cling film and pour the mixture. My mold is small, so only a third of the mixture stood, and I poured the rest into a rectangular tray, and got stanglice (left pieces :)). Leave in the cold to harden and ..enjoy :)!

My advice, if you put it in a triangular toblerone tray, before cutting the pieces, put the mold in the freezer for an hour, then they cut very nicely.
