Preparation steps

  • Lightly heat the margarine, chocolate, sugar, honey and Coca-Cola, stirring gently until all the ingredients are combined and melted.
  • Add hazelnuts, almonds and biscuits to the mixture. Pour the resulting mass into a triangular tray in which you previously put cellophane, so that the cake can be easily removed from the mold.
  • Place the mold in the refrigerator or freezer to allow the mass to set as soon as possible. Take the cake out of the mold and put the chocolate glaze over it. When the icing has set, cut the cake into thin slices.
  • From the obtained mass, you will get two trays of this cake. My tray is 35 cm long.
