Tix Mix
When you don't know what to do with zucchini, and fresh cheese is watching you from the fridge before the deadline, who knows that you are not skilled in the kitchen ... you mix everything and everything, so enjoy a quick, healthy and fine snack / lunch / dinner :) P.S. I know it's not a special recipe, but it's the first in my life :)
Preparation steps
- Grate a zucchini, two, three ... how many do you have. Drain them well (learn from my mistakes), and season them as desired.
- Add cottage cheese, oatmeal, and crumbled cornflakes to the zucchini.
- Beat the egg and very little baking powder, then add to the zucchini and other ingredients, and mix everything well to combine.
- Shape them with your hands, and arrange them on a baking sheet (on which is paper, of course). Then put it all finely in a preheated oven (200 ° C) and bake for 15 minutes on one side and 15 minutes on the other. Maybe a little more .. it all depends on the oven :)
