Preparation steps
- Separate the egg whites from the egg yolks. Add 100 gr to the egg whites. sugar and mix with a mixer. Add 100 gr. to the egg yolks. sugar and mix. Then add 5 teaspoons of cold coffee, 100 g of walnuts, 5 teaspoons of flour, 3 teaspoons of oil, 1 baking powder and egg white mixture. Place the oven in a preheated oven at 200 C for 20-25 minutes.
- In 400 ml. milk add 5 tablespoons of flour and 2 egg yolks and cook, stirring constantly.
- In 230 gr. butter (leave at room temperature) add 10 teaspoons of sugar, 100 gr. melted chocolate and 1 vanilla sugar. I added 2 tablespoons of rum. Add the butter filling to the cold milk filling. Put the filling and whipped cream on a cold cake.
