Preparation steps

  • Peel a squash, grate it and cook
  • Grate it or mash it in the water in which you cooked it
  • Add flour and salt
  • Mix the mixture and make a dough and divide it into 4 equal parts
  • Roll each part separately with a rolling pin or roller
  • Lightly grease the pan with oil
  • Arrange the noodles on the noodles (rolled out dough) and grease a little by hand so that they do not stick
  • Preheat the oven to about 200 ° C and bake for about 20 minutes (until golden brown)
  • While the dough is baking, you make a sauce or topping by mixing the yogurt, cream and garlic (chopped) together and making one cream and of course adding as much salt as needed!
  • When the dough is baked, let it cool a bit, then cut it into pieces by hand for approx. 4-5 cm2
