Tinka mandarinka !!!

Preparation steps
- Crush the biscuits with a rolling pin, mix in the butter and press into a 26 cm diameter mold.
- Make the cheese with the sugar and vanilla sugar and slowly add the whipped sweet cream to it, do not mix with a mixer, but lightly with a food processor.
- Soak the gelatin in cold water, squeeze and dissolve it in a little hot juice.
- Stir the melted gelatin into the mixture.
- Pour the mixture into a mold and toss the mandarins over the cream.
- Boil 750 ml of juice and add 9 soaked and gelatin sheets.
- Arrange the mandarins on the cooled cake and pour over the cold topping…
Serving
For gelatin toppings I use 6 sheets per half liter of water, and for creams3 sheets per 500ml of cream… ..
