Preparation steps

  • Boil 750 ml of juice and add 9 soaked and gelatin sheets.
  • Arrange the mandarins on the cooled cake and pour over the cold topping…

Serving

For gelatin toppings I use 6 sheets per half liter of water, and for creams3 sheets per 500ml of cream… ..
