Preparation steps

  • For the Biscuit: Whisk the eggs with the sugar and vanilla sugar, then add the flour mixed with the baking powder and pudding, if necessary a little milk. Bake the mixture at 220C for 15-20 minutes. When the biscuit has cooled, cut it into cubes.
  • For the Cream: Cook the pudding in the milk, with sugar and cocoa. Add the chocolates to the warm pudding cream, then mix everything well. Mix both types of butter with the powdered sugar and add to the warm cream.
  • Forming the cake: Mix the biscuit cubes and cream together. mold where you will shape the cake, put a transparent foil, then the mixture, flatten, and leave in the fridge overnight to set well.
  • The next day, turn the cake over, remove the transparent foil, and decorate as desired with chocolate glaze or sweet whipped cream.
