Beautiful homemade thick juice without preservatives and very little sugar. You will like it :)

Preparation steps

  • Apricots are washed and pitted. Grind in a multipractice or on a meat grinder. Add sugar and water. Cover and leave to cool overnight.
  • Put the vanilla-flavored juice to boil, when it boils, cook for another 10 minutes. Wash the bottles and sterilize (I got 7 liters of juice from 5 kg of apricots) Strain the juice through a small brush or tomato paste, I like when there is no fruit pulp. Wrap in a blanket and leave to cool so gradually overnight.
