The simplest soft cornmeal with feta cheese
Preparation for 2 whole minutes and all measures are in a glass of yogurt !!!
Preparation steps
- Beat the eggs with a wire, add yogurt, flour, baking powder and salt and beat to combine the mass. Break the feta cheese into cubes and add to the mixture. Bake at a temp of 200C for about 15 min. I used small muffin tins and got 24 muffins.
- In 1/2 of the mixture I added chopped chard bunch and got beautiful muffins with a slightly different taste, otherwise this mixture is the basis for all muffins made of pure corn flour without the addition of white flour.
