Preparation steps
- Clean the mushrooms from dirt, gently as the sunflower is very sensitive. Use only hats for food and not stalks because they are tough.
- Coat the hats (preferably with a brush) with a little olive oil and bake them on a high heat in a grill pan or on the grill for a few minutes on both sides.
- In a separate bowl, mix finely chopped garlic, parsley leaves, salt and olive oil. Pour this over each baked mushroom.
