The fastest soup in the world

You probably all know this soup, but this self is simplified to the end so that it is ready at the speed of light. those who have tried it say that the best tomato soup they have eaten ...

Preparation steps

  • Put mashed tomatoes and water to boil, add a soup cube (it can be beef or chicken, but I put vegetables or lean), vegeta, salt and sugar that "kills" the acid from the tomatoes. Whisk the egg and a little salt in a cup or bowl, add the flour to get a thick mixture and beat it well with a spoon so that there are no lumps. Add a little water to dilute the mixture so that it can be poured, ie a little thicker than for pancakes. When the soup boils, drip the traps with a fork (place the fork under the jet while pouring the mixture and spread it over the soup). The traps immediately float to the surface which means they are done. Immediately turn off the heat and cover the soup, leave it for a few minutes and serve. If you are fasting instead of traps, you can add 3 tablespoons of large oatmeal to the soup as soon as it boils, remove from the heat and cover for 5 minutes and the fasting version is ready. You can also cook rice in this soup, but then cook for another 10 minutes. It goes well with fish dishes, but after heavy food and a few more glasses, for example after a celebration.
