The best yellow biscuit - the only yellow biscuit recipe you need

Yellow biscuit, this is definitely the best yellow biscuit for me and I am thrilled with it, I definitely recommend you try it. See also the recipe video: https://youtu.be/t7cDxypDADI

Preparation steps

  • See the detailed preparation in the video: https://youtu.be/t7cDxypDADI
  • Mix the butter at room temperature first to make it even softer, then gradually add sugar. When you have added all the sugar, mix for another 3-5 minutes to make the mixture light and smooth.
  • Add vanilla extract and egg yolks twice. Finally, add the flour that you previously sifted and mix salt and baking powder into it. Add flour together with milk, flour 3 times, and milk 2 times. Start with flour first. Mix only as much as is necessary for the flour to mix lightly, because by long mixing you get a thick and hard biscuit.
  • Divide the biscuit prepared in this way into two parts and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees until the toothpick inserted in the middle comes out dry.
