Terrible lollipops
On some foreign blog I saw handsome lollipops disguised as mummies ... This one of mine doesn't even look like it, but it could scare someone;) ... Biscuits are crispy and nice to eat no matter how terrible they are :)
Preparation steps
- Whisk in the margarine and sugar, add the egg yolks and stir. Add cocoa, flour and baking powder and lemon zest. Knead the dough evenly by hand, and if necessary add a little more flour so that it does not stick to your hands. Shape into a ball, wrap in cling film and leave in the fridge for 1 hour.
- Roll out to a thickness of about half a cm and press the stick. I cut the skewer sticks in half. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake at 200 degrees for about 15-20 minutes depending on the oven.
- Whisk the egg whites with powdered sugar, gradually adding sugar and determine the density by dipping the toothpick into the mass and passing it over the back. It should leave a trail that does not spill quickly.
- Decorate cold biscuits as appropriate. The original decorations I saw had a nice mummy decoration. They made eyes on paper and then moved them to lollipops and then imitated bandages with sugar mass ... I made my biscuits so horrible in my own way: D
- You let your imagination run wild;)
