"Tepsi Kebab" with mashed potatoes

Preparation steps
- Chop the bread in the robot. Place it in a bowl and then add the onion cut into quarters, garlic, egg and parsley to the robot. Mix well.
- In a deeper bowl, combine the minced meat, shredded bread and the mixture from the robot. Season and mix well. Fill the pan and distribute the minced meat evenly. Mix water and tomato puree well and pour over the minced meat. Bake at 170 degrees to bake finely.
- While the meat is roasting, we prepare the puree. Boil the potatoes. Knead it and add butter and mix well. Then milk, then grated Trappist cheese. Add salt, pepper and when we get a smooth mixture, shake it over the minced meat.
- Cut the tomatoes into rings, cut the peppers into three parts and cut each part in half, clean from the stones and, if desired, arrange them on the puree. Return to the oven and bake until the vegetables are soft and the puree is finely browned.
