Preparation steps
- First prepare the syrup: combine sugar, vanilla sugar and water, then cook for about 10 minutes. Add lemon juice and let it simmer for another 10 minutes. Cool the finished syrup. Combine butter, egg, sugar, oil and yogurt. Add baking soda and baking powder. Finally, add the flour. Knead the dough. From the dough form 21 balls. Spread each ball in the palm of your hand, then fill with broken kadaif and chopped nuts.
- Fold the ends, then shape into a ball. Arrange the shaped balls in a muffin tin. Bake at 180 C for about 30 minutes.
- Put the roasts on a baking sheet, then pour over the syrup. Turn the cookies a couple of times to soak up the syrup from all sides. Allow to cool; first at room temperature, then in the refrigerator.
- Whip the sweet cream, then decorate each piece. Sprinkle with chopped or ground pistachios!
- Serve well chilled!
